Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IKIGAI KART PRIVATE LIMITED offers a 100% refund of the invoice amount for product returns made within 30 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

The policy applies only to goods/products that are in marketable and saleable condition.

2. Definition of Marketable & Saleable Products:

Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in saleable condition. They must not be expired, seasonal, discontinued, or part of a special promotion.
The final decision on whether a product is marketable or unmarketable will be made by the Company’s Returns Executive after inspection.

3. Proof of Purchase:

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice/bill of purchase.

4. Damaged or Misused Goods:

This policy is not applicable to goods/products that are intentionally damaged, tampered with, or misused in any manner.

5. Quantity Limitations:

The quantity of goods returned cannot exceed the quantity mentioned on the invoice/bill.

6. Condition of Returned Products:

The returned goods/products must be in the same condition and quality as at the time of purchase.

7. Return Period:

The 30-day return period is calculated from the date of invoice to the date of receipt at the Company’s distribution centre.

8. Points/Net Sales Volume Adjustment:

  • Returns made within 30 days will have their Points/Net Sales Volume (NSV) adjusted in the same or following month.
  • The total Points/NSV of the returned products will be deducted from the Direct Seller’s account.

9. Exclusions:

This policy does not cover business promotional materials provided by the Company.

10. Direct Customer Returns:

If a customer returns products directly to the Company, the corresponding Points/NSV adjustment will be deducted from the Direct Seller’s account.
Any excess amount paid by the Company in such cases will be recoverable from the Direct Seller.
