Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At IKIGAI KART PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If any product purchased does not meet customer expectations, it may be exchanged in accordance with the terms of this policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Customers may apply for an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Damage during delivery
    • Missing products
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Products marked as “non-exchangeable” on the product detail page are not eligible.
  • Only unused products in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice will be accepted for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  1. The customer/Direct Seller must submit an exchange request via email at support@ikigaikart.com or through their distributor account.
  2. The product must be returned to the Company via Speed Post, Courier, or By Hand as convenient.
  3. An unboxing video of the product along with the original invoice must be provided for verification.
  4. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the Company will dispatch the replacement within 72 hours of approval.

3. Damaged Packaging Cases

  • External Packaging Damage at Delivery:
    • If the external package appears damaged or tampered with, customers are advised not to accept the package.
    • Please record your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint within 24 hours.
  • Internal Product Damage (after Delivery):
    • If any damage/defect is found after opening, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof.
    • The damaged material must be disposed of responsibly and a video of disposal shared with the Company.

4. Refund in Place of Exchange

  • If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or has tampered packaging, the customer may opt for a refund instead of exchange.
  • A refund request must be raised by emailing support@ikigaikart.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Upon verification and receipt of the product at the Company’s warehouse, the refund will be processed.

5. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date of posting on the Company’s website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
