COOLING OFF POLICY FOR A DIRECT SELLER

At IKIGAI KART PRIVATE LIMITED, every Direct Seller is provided with a cooling-off period of seven (7) days from the date of execution of the E-Contract Agreement.

During this period, the Direct Seller may reconsider their decision to join the business. If the Direct Seller chooses to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period:

• The Direct Seller may rescind (cancel) the agreement voluntarily.
• No claim, penalty, or legal action shall arise against either party as a result of such cancellation.
• Any amounts paid, if applicable, will be refunded in accordance with the Company’s policies.

This ensures that all Direct Sellers have adequate time to make a free and informed choice before continuing their association with IKIGAI KART.
